Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Ambyr discovered her love for food and hospitality at a young age, bonding with her mom over episodes of the Food Network. This early passion led her to pursue formal training at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, where she earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. She joined Tavernetta in 2017, starting humbly as a glass polisher. With dedication and a deep commitment to excellence, she worked her way up, stepping into management in 2023 and proudly assuming the role of General Manager in 2025.
