Hanna Edwardsen brings a wealth of experience and creativity to her role as Dining Room Manager at Tavernetta.

Hanna’s roots in hospitality run deep—her passion for the industry began at just five years old, working in her parents’ Italian restaurant. She first joined Tavernetta in 2018 as a server and bartender before leaving during the pandemic to hone her leadership and strategic skills as a project manager, working with high-profile clients like Arc'teryx and Tecovas. Returning to Tavernetta in 2024, Hanna has quickly proven to be an invaluable asset to the team.

Her impressive journey includes managing high-volume events, consulting on restaurant and beverage operations, and taking on leadership roles at events like the San Antonio Cocktail Conference and Tales of the Cocktail.

For Hanna, hospitality is about creating unforgettable experiences that guests will treasure forever. She combines her love for curating meaningful moments with a deep understanding of operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.

Outside of work, Hanna stays active as a spin instructor at High Ride Cycle and enjoys hiking, whitewater rafting, snowboarding, and finding new adventures to enrich her life. Her dynamic background and genuine love for the industry make her an incredible leader on the Tavernetta team.
